Valour Summaries specialises in transforming complex ADF medical and service records into structured, evidence-ready summaries that veterans can confidently use when engaging with DVA, advocates, doctors, and legal representatives.
We do not give medical opinions or legal advice. Instead, we:
Analyse your existing records
Align them chronologically and contextually
Cross-reference them against relevant Statements of Principles and legislative frameworks
Present them in a clear, logical, and usable format
The result is a professional-grade medical and service narrative that reduces confusion, omissions, and delays so your claim starts from a position of clarity.

No. Valour Summaries is not an advocacy service, and we do not act on your behalf with DVA. Advocates represent you in the claims process. Valour Summaries prepares you with the documentation advocates rely on. The distinction is intentional. By remaining independent, our focus is on accuracy, structure and evidentiary integrity, not outcomes, submissions or negotiations. Many veterans use our summaries before engaging an advocate to ensure their case is properly documented from the outset.

We are a service operation. Our process is designed to be simple, secure, and veteran focused.
You provide your records (medical files, PMKeys, service history, specialist letters, etc.).
We analyse and organise the material chronologically and by condition.
We contextualise the evidence against the service periods, exposure windows, and recognised principles.
We deliver a structured summary that clearly links service, symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment history.
You receive a document that can be confidently shared with advocates, clinicians, or legal professionals, saving time and reducing cost and work.
-
Advocacy groups are outcome-driven. Valour Summaries is evidence-driven. Advocates often work under monetary pressure, carry heavy caseloads, and must rely on whatever documentation is placed in front of them. We address the gap before advocacy begins, ensuring:
Records are complete and intact
Timelines are coherent and defensible
Key evidence is clearly identifiable
Nothing material is buried or overlooked
We strengthen your case with facts, not hope.
-
Once engaged:
You’ll receive clear instructions on secure document submission.
You’ll receive a completion date.
Your file is assessed and scoped.
A structured review and summary is prepared and quality checked.
The completed summary is delivered to you.
From there, you retain full control. You can:
Lodge your own claims with DVA and identify the evidence required.
Submit it to an advocate.
Use it with your GP and specialist.
Keep it for future claims or reviews.
There are no lock-ins, ongoing fees, or required referrals.

Valour Summaries is ideal for veterans who:
feel overwhelmed by their records
have complex or multi‑condition histories, including multi‑service
are starting a claim and want to do it properly without risking compensation
have had claims delayed or rejected due to poor documentation
want clarity before engaging an advocate
Valour Summaries builds the road to successful claims.
