Who we are
Valour Summaries exists to bring clarity, structure and confidence to the veteran claims journey. We specialise in preparing clear, evidence‑based medical and service summaries for Australian Defence Force veterans navigating the complexity of DVA claims, reviews and long‑term entitlements.
Veterans are often told what they need, but not how to organise it. Too many are locked into arrangements where up to 15% of their compensation is payable to an advocate. We remove that barrier and empower veterans to manage their own affairs without waiting 24 months.
We bridge unclear and critical evidence buried across years of reports, positions and treatments. That lack of structure is where many claims falter. Valour Summaries closes that gap. We take your existing records, collate and transform them into coherent, chronological, service‑aligned, evidence‑annotated summaries that can be confidently relied upon by DVA, advocates, clinicians and legal professionals.
We do not diagnose, assess impairment or provide legal advice. Our role is precision, accuracy and structure—nothing more, nothing less. We are intentionally independent from advocacy services. This allows us to focus on client‑centred service and the integrity of the documentation, free from case outcomes, submissions or representation.
Many veterans engage us without the need for advocacy at all, so your claim begins on solid ground—on your terms, not assumptions.
At our core, Valour Summaries is about respect, service, evidence and the process. Veterans deserve documentation that reflects the full weight of their service history, presented clearly and professionally, without unnecessary delay.
Strong claims start with strong records. We make sure yours are ready.
